Company Driver — Dry Van & Flatbed

Top Dry Van drivers earn up to $109,000 per year
Average pay: 59 CPM including incentives, accessorials, etc
Base pay range: 44-49 CPM based on experience
Top Flatbed drivers earn up to $101,000 per year
Average pay: 66 CPM including incentives, accessorials, ect
Base pay range: 50-55 CPM depending on experience
Layover pay, detention pay, stop pay, hazmat pay, clean inspection pay
Home weekly or bi-weekly
Paid practical miles

Top Flatbed Owner Operators gross up to $235,000 per year
Top Dry Van Owner Operators gross up to $225,000 per year

100% of accessorials including stop pay, detention pay, and fuel surcharge
No touch freight – tarping and securement required for Flatbed
Home bi-weekly: 10-12 days out, 2 days home
No forced dispatch with 24/7 support
